FIRST DAY AT THE GYM!!

First day at the gym,too enthusiastic and inquisitive.You come across many bodybuilders,dream of getting a body like them.
The basic things to be taken care are:-
1-Dress Code:

 Wear something casual and comfortable .Most preferably some light coloured cotton shirts and trousers/track pants  will do.Carry a pair of glouse(for workout),as you will be using equipments.

2-Patience:

Though you are curious never try something new.Wait till the instructions are given by the trainee.Start with simple exercises.Never try to lift weights till the first week is done,as it may lead to cramps.

3-Stay Hydrated

Have some water after completing every exercise.This should not only be followed on the first day but continued.Keeping the body hydrated ,reduces the risk of cramps.If you are comfortable you can carry one waterbottle.

4-Confidence

This is a must ,trust yourself.Have someone as an inspiration,it can be anyone.Never giveup at any cost.Stay determined and focussed.

5-Diet

There is no such universal diet plan.Everyone has a different lifestyle,body and intake.Some might go to reduce their weight or build it up.Spend sometime with the dietitian(if available) or you can ask the trainee itself.If you want the results to be fast and accurate ,diet and exercise can only be the reason for it.

6-Talk less

Never spend more time in talking with your friends at the gym.This may reduce your stamina and focus.Wishing each other is fine.



At the end of the workout,you will have to face alot of pain.But never  give up.
